Sharing Data with Third Parties

Dipo4d does not sell your personal data. Full stop. That said, in order to provide our services to you, we do need to share certain data with a limited set of third-party categories as follows:

  • Payment Service Provider: Transaction information that must be shared with payment providers such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX member banks to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers have their own privacy and security policies and are bound by confidentiality agreements with dipo4d.

Data Retention & Deletion

  • Closed Account Data: After account closure, personal data no longer required for legal compliance is deleted within 90 days. Data required by law is retained only for the period specified by the applicable legislation.

Once the retention period has lapsed and there is no legal requirement to keep your data, dipo4d will securely delete or anonymise it using certified data disposal procedures that ensure the data cannot be recovered.

If we determine that we have collected data from someone under the age of 21, we will take the following steps immediately:
